The Game Keepers Dinner has been a highlight of the food and wine scene in the Granite Belt for over 20 years and the Barrel Room Cafe Chefs, Matt and Bobbie Wells aim to continue the tradition.
Due to the events popularity, the chefs have decided to host the Game Keepers Dinner 2 times per year, so that you have a greater opportunity to attend and enjoy this magnificent meal.
A feature of the Dinner is a winetasting preceding the meal of aged Ballandean Estate Wines from the Puglisi family's personal museum stock. Tasting these wines is a treat for guests as well as the Puglisi Family as many of the wines are over 15 years old and there are always some spectacular gems to savour.
Highlighting the Dinner is of course the fabulous game meats and local produce sourced by Chef Matt. To whet your appetite, take a look a the menu from our last Game Keepers Dinner.
