For over 20 years, the Gamekeepers Dinner at Ballandean Estate Wines has attracted a cult following.  Those lucky enough to get a ticket (70 tickets available per year) are presented with a sumptuous feast. 

 

A winetasting from our museum stock precedes dinner and wine and entertainment are included in the price.

 

Come with an empty stomach and a sense of adventure!

Zucchini and haloumi fritters w/ smoked chicken terrine
Caramelised onion and blue cheese tarts
Beef Carpaccio w/ horse radish cream fresh rocket and truffle oil
Australian red claw and polenta muffins w/dill aioli

Wild mushroom and truffle infused soup

Blue cheese brioche, grilled wild asparagus, crisp prosciutto, poached quail egg

Crispy skinned Rannoch farm quail w/ buttered corn bread, spiced pear relish and a red wine jus

Braised goat ravioli w/ water cress, shaved pecorino and roast quince salad
