This wine exhibits a deep straw colour and boasts a wonderful bouquet of new French oak intermingled with fruit and touches of honey. The palate replicates these characteristics but has the added complexity of a rich butteriness. This wine is a Classic style and beautifully made.

Technical Details
Selected parcels of Chardonnay are fermented in new French oak barrels, the wine then goes through Malolactic fermentation, resulting in a smoth creamy roundness to the finished product.
