BBQ Lamb cutlets:
INGREDIENTS:
8 french trimmed lamb cutlets
2 tablespoons seeded mustard
3 garlic gloves
juice from 1 large lemon
3 sprigs of rosemary
a good glug of olive oil
Method:
crush and finely chop the garlic,
pull apart and lightly bruise the rosemary.
add to large bowl and mix with all of the other ingredients.
add the lamb and cover in the mix.
leave to marinade in the fridge over night.
cook to your liking on a nice hot grill plate and serve.
they make great finger food !
