The Barrel Room Cafe is situated in the heart of Ballandean Estate Wines,
one of the oldest and largest wineries on the Granite Belt.
The Barrel Room Cafe is now run by Matt and Bobbi Wells.
Matt and Bobbi made the tree change (or vine change) in July 2010 from the Sunshine Coast.
After holidaying on the Granite Belt on a few occasions they came to Ballandean Estate just as regular punters, a conversation struck up with Robyn Puglisi and one thing led to another and next thing you know, they have made the move and now loving the Granite Belt.
Matt and Bobbi believe in fresh is best, so with that in mind, make as much as possible in house.
Come and sit amongst the 150 year old wine barrels and enjoy some modern Italian cuisine,
or some perfectly brewed coffee and some homemade scones and jam.
Opening Hours:
Open 6 Days (closed Tuesdays) for lunch 11am till 3pm
Open Thursday to Sunday for Dinner from 6pm (bookings essential)
