"Sink into a leather lounge beside the fire, indulge in a wine flight of your choice, a Strange Bird varietal, or a glass of our award winning Saperavi. We want the wine lounge to be an extension of our Italian hospitality, a place where we can share our stories, heritage and world-class wines!"

Leeanne Puglisi-Gangemi

  • An experience not to be missed

Bring your friends and family to enjoy a first-class extended tasting experience. Everyone is welcome to taste their way through our collection, be it a glass, bottle or wine flight. Our experienced staff will guide you through your tasting.

The ambience is rustic, moody, and just a little bit quirky. Think leather and luxury, the oaky gurgle of our port barrels, a roaring fire, ambient lighting and mirrors.

The Barrelroom Wine Lounge is an unforgettable experience, set amongst the 160-year-old barrels, full of aging fortified wines. Places in this unique setting are limited. We suggest you book beforehand, especially on weekends and for large groups.

  • Wine lounge menu options

Guarantee yourself a place for lunch by ordering a Signature Grazing Platter, which includes a tasting of 4 premium Ballandean Estate Wines.

Not sure what you would like to eat? Book a space for your group and decide when you arrive, but don’t miss out on this unique Granite Belt experience. You can choose from:

    • Signature Grazing Platter for One –  including a tasting of 4 wines of your choice $45. This is a substantial lunch. Order a Platter for Two if you have company!
    • Cheese Board – a selection of cheeses and salami to be enjoyed with a glass of wine, serves 2 people $35
