WINEMAKING
Co-fermentation is the term used when two varieties of grapes are fermented together. Rather than blend two wine together, this blend is created by crushing and pressing the grapes together.
VITICULTURE
Made from a blend of our Shiraz picked across our both vineyards.
The 4% of Viognier which is added to the Shiraz is ripened longer than usual for this variety.
